We you don’t have much, the small things matter.
The driver of a Ram Promaster doesn’t get a heated seat, nor one that articulates much, or goes up and down, or goes back far enough, or even is that comfortable to begin with. The driver gets a right arm rest but the left one is positioned too far away and too low to be of much use. The steering wheel, while adorned with enough buttons to make a NASA astronaut feel right at home, isn’t even wrapped with any sort of comfy material to make it feel a tad less downscale.
There’s not even a proper place to put your eyeglasses—the little cubby provided for you to the right of the steering wheel is shallow and hard to see, almost an after thought.

But there is hope! There is a mod for the cubby that while it won’t transform the cab experience, it will give you a place to confidently put your driving glasses.
Made by 603BVan, the Ram Promaster Dashboard Storage Bin, available on Etsy for about $25 (I paid $30), this has to be the easiest-to-install mod you will ever come across.

The RPDSB (not an acronym the maker actually uses) is 3-D printed and has those weird counter lines, and you have the option of ordering it with a liner in various fabrics for an extra cost. If you don’t order a liner the maker will send you a template which you can use the cut your own, if you want one at all.

The color is black, looking nearly a perfect match for the Ram plastic, and it is sturdy and plenty large enough to hold a pair of eyeglasses. Because it sticks out a tad it seem much easier to see when you are driving.
A small upgrade but a welcome one.
