Situated in Northeast Las Vegas, Noovo’s factory is a little smaller than you might think and a very busy place. Potential buyers are welcome to take a one-on-one guided tour and to meet the staff–no doubt one of the owners will find you during the tour and greet you. Super great people from a super great company. Go build your virtual van.

Worth a special mention is the Demo and Drive section of their web page. In addition to the HQ in Las Vegas and Sunshine State RV (the only Noovo dealer), many owners are happy to have you check out their unit and ask all the questions you want.

Sunshine State RV
Sunshine State, in Florida, is (as of this writing) the only dealer for Noovo vans. They are great to work with and Nick, the owner, often makes Youtube videos featuring Noovos. Sunshine State can connect you with financing and insurance, even if you’re buying the Noovo directly from Noovo in Las Vegas, which is what we did.

The Facebook Group (Noovo Van Owners & Enthusiasts)
If you are shopping for a van, or any RV for that matter, here is far and away the best piece of advice you’ll get. You’ll want to write this down: Before putting down the first dollar of your money, spend a month on that brand’s Facebook page (or Reddit page, or wherever the community for that RV exists). Note the number and severity of problems, note the culture. You’ll learn a lot very quickly about what sort of adventure you are about to undertake.

If you’ve ordered or own a Noovo, then this Facebook group is your online home and support center. A good online community is an integral part of the RV ownership experience.

Noovo Pick-up Day inspection checklist
You pick-up day is your chance to make sure everything in the van works. Every van will eventually have problems but what you find before you drive away can be fixed immediately. Don’t let the list worry you–few owners find anything serious.
